Order Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. Each order is handled with attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.


Shipping Timeframes

U.S. Orders
Shipped via USPS or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

International Orders
Shipping times vary by country. On average, international orders arrive within 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the assigned fulfillment center.


Potential Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. To monitor the status of your shipment, please visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website.


Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? No problem — you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without penalty.
Simply email us at lumina@gmail.com with the subject line:
“CANCEL MY ORDER”


Incorrect Shipping Address

Entered the wrong address? Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a correction.
Once the order has shipped, we’re unable to modify the address.


Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice. If delivery fails and the package is returned to us, please contact our support team to arrange a reshipment.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
Email us at lumina@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
